FEES FOR SERVICE


Working practices summary:

In order to provide a quality service the Language Service Professional (LSP) may require prior sight of 'Preparation Material'. 
The Client is responsible for the provision of this material; it will be in addition to event details and may mean provision of agendas, minutes of previous meetings, copies of training materials/handouts and alike. This material is expected to arrive at the Company premises no later than 7 working days prior to the event. The Company has the right to withdraw from a booking and claim cancellation fees from the Client should the event substantially change, agreed preparation material not arrive by the designated time or if the Company believes the booking no longer falls within the capabilities of the LSP. The Client will be advised of any additional charges in relation to preparation time and where more complex bookings are sought. Bookings requiring continuous interpreting/notetaking for more than 2 hours or without a break every 30 minutes shall require 2 Language Service Professionals to ensure the Company observes working time directives and legislation.
